DSS arrests 23-year-old woman who threatened to bomb judges over Kano tribunal judgment

The Department of State Security (DSS) has arrested a woman for allegedly threatening to kill herself and those responsible for the victory of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Kano State, Nasiru Gawuna, at the Election Petitions Tribunal.

According to a report published by an online newspaper, Newspoint Nigeria, on Tuesday, the 23-year-old woman, Fiddausi Ahmadu, claimed to be fighting for the cause of NNPP and Governor Yusuf, in a viral video clip circulated in Kano.

In the clip, Fiddausi was overheard in Hausa attacking the Tribunal chairman, warning that anywhere she sees the Judge, she (Fiddausi) won’t mind holding her with a bomb to commit suicide.

Also, the lady warned Gawuna, saying, “You dare not indicate your location, otherwise, I don’t mind striking you with a bomb vest to commit suicide.”

Another source stated that they will not take the threat and definitely taking the woman to court.

He said, “We are indeed taking Fiddausi Musa Ahmadu to court because these threats should not be taken lightly.”
