Nigerian filmmaker, actress, and former model Chike Lann has recently slammed evangelist Chukwuebuka Anozie Obi, who is the founder of Zion Ministry.
Following his comments about prophetess who are on their period, she queried him, asking him if he would refuse to accept offerings and tithes from women in his church who were menstruating, hinting at the fact that he would probably still accept the offering.
Now recall that earlier in the week, Pastor Ebuka Obi had revealed that prophettess who were on their period have no right to lay their hands on a man. He also states that women who do that have evil spirits in them. This caused a lot of uproar on social media with people slamming him for his comments.

Chika Lann also queried him over his consistent commentaries on the female gender whilee also begging him to abstain from blasting spiritual people.
Now also recall that just yesterday, Tontrends had reported that Pastor David Ibiyeomie had told his congregants that if they are serving God with the hope of getting something in return, the they are not doing it for God. He advised them to be able to serve God without expecting anything monetary.
Some days ago, Pastor Adebayo had sparked controversy over a statement he made. During a prayer session with his members, he had told them that in the year 2024, their colleagues and family members will be the ones coming to them to ask them for help. However, some people questioned the benefit of such prayer stating it was actually counterproductive

I’m not a pastor or man of God I don’t have any ideas about it
This is because of the way that guy is criticising women in church, but the bible actually said something about this, now he has been told to stop collecting offering from the women too
Hmmmmm, well i am not a pastor or prophet, so i have no idea about that?
When a blind person is leading blind people, they will all fall into ditch.
Wahala, so has Mestration has to do with offering in the church
Well in my own opinion since no-one asked, the pastor is right if you go by the old testament rules of the bible, you see in that time women on their pis were not allowed to do anything so pastor was just trying to remind the church not alarm it to some male chauvinistic elements as could earlier have been misconstrued
They want start again now okay shey nah only woman wey dey do mestrate abi
This is an extreme and wild statement, let’s learn to let things go
