Please Read Carefully

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GOB Digital Services Ltd ("GOB", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the GOB mobile application or website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering for, or otherwise using the GOB platform (including the mobile application available on Google Play and the Apple App Store), you affirm that:

  • You have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • If you are using GOB on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
  • Your use of GOB is subject to applicable Nigerian law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and CBN regulations on digital payments.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the GOB platform.

2

Eligibility

To use GOB, you must meet the following criteria:

You must be at least 18 years of age. Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform.

Jurisdiction

GOB currently operates in Nigeria. Access from other jurisdictions is at your own risk and may be restricted without notice.

Identity Verification

We may require identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to complete verification may result in restricted access to withdrawals or campaigns.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one GOB account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will be suspended.

3

Account Registration & Security

When you create an account on GOB, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile updated.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (email, phone number, PIN, password) and not share them with any third party.
  • Notify GOB immediately at info@gob.ng if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

GOB will never ask for your password, PIN, or OTP via phone call, SMS, email, or chat. Do not share these with anyone claiming to represent GOB.

4

Tasks & Rewards

GOB operates a task marketplace where verified businesses ("Partners") post tasks and registered users ("Earners") complete them in exchange for points and/or cash rewards. The following rules apply:

  • Genuine Completion Only. Every task must be completed genuinely as described. Submitting false, fabricated, or AI-generated proof of completion is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all earnings.
  • Verification. GOB reserves the right to verify any task completion before crediting rewards. Rewards may be held pending verification for up to 72 hours.
  • Points vs. Cash. Points earned can be redeemed for cash, airtime, or platform credits at rates GOB may update from time to time. Points have no cash value outside the GOB platform.
  • Task Availability. GOB does not guarantee a minimum number of tasks or earnings. Task availability depends on active partner campaigns.
  • Task Rejection. GOB or its Partners may reject task submissions that do not meet stated requirements. Rejected tasks are not eligible for reward payment.
5

Payments, Wallet & Withdrawals

The GOB wallet allows you to fund your account and withdraw your earnings. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

  • Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1m points. Withdrawals are processed to Nigerian bank accounts only.
  • Processing Time. GOB aims to process withdrawals within minutes. However, due to bank processing times or system maintenance, this may extend to 24 hours. GOB is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
  • Cashback & Discounts. Cashback earned on bill payments (airtime, data, electricity) is credited to your wallet automatically. Cashback rates may change without prior notice.
  • Taxes. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your GOB earnings under Nigerian law.
  • Chargebacks. GOB reserves the right to reverse any credit resulting from fraudulent activity, system errors, or partner disputes.
6

Partner & Business Terms

If you are registering as a Partner (brand, business, promoter, or agency) to create campaigns and post tasks, additional terms apply:

  • Campaign Funding. Partners must fund campaigns in full before tasks are published to the marketplace. GOB holds campaign funds in escrow and releases payments to earners upon verified task completion.
  • Campaign Review. All campaigns are subject to review by GOB before going live. GOB reserves the right to reject campaigns that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our community guidelines.
  • Prohibited Campaigns. Partners may not create campaigns for illegal products or services, gambling (unless licensed), political manipulation, hate speech, or any activity that violates Nigerian law.
  • Refunds. Unused campaign funds may be refunded upon written request to info@gob.ng, less a 5% processing fee. Funds already paid to earners are non-refundable.
  • Platform Fee. GOB charges a platform service fee on all campaigns. The current fee structure is disclosed during campaign creation and may be updated with 14 days' notice.
7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GOB and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

Submitting fake, edited, or fabricated task proof
Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete tasks

Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — completely free. Creating a GOB account and completing tasks costs nothing. GOB earns a small platform fee only when businesses fund campaigns. There are no subscription fees, hidden charges, or upfront payments required from earners.

Open the GOB app, navigate to your Wallet, tap 'Withdraw', and enter your Nigerian bank account details. Withdrawals are processed within minutes in most cases. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1m points. You may need to complete identity verification (BVN or NIN) before your first withdrawal.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use GOB. We verify user ages during the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to under-18 users will be permanently closed and any earnings forfeited.

Most digital tasks (social media, music streaming, product reviews, surveys) can be completed from anywhere in Nigeria with an internet connection. Some real-life tasks (store audits, location check-ins) are geofenced to specific cities or addresses and will only be available to users in those areas.

If your task proof does not meet the partner's requirements, it will be marked as rejected and no reward will be credited. You'll receive a notification explaining the reason. Common rejection reasons include: blurry screenshots, wrong account used, task completed on the wrong platform, or instructions not fully followed.

Yes. Submitting false or fabricated proof, creating multiple accounts, using bots or automation tools, attempting to defraud GOB or its partners — all of these will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all earnings. GOB has fraud detection systems running at all times.

Download the GOB app, register, fund your campaign wallet, and follow the guided task creation flow. You can choose your task type (social media, music promo, survey, real-life, etc.), set your reward per user, define the number of completions you need, and go live within 24 hours after our review. For large or custom campaigns, email info@gob.ng or visit our Partner page.

GOB collects the minimum data needed to provide our services: name, phone number, email, and banking details for withdrawals. We do not sell your data. We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA). You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing info@gob.ng.

Yes. GOB uses bank-grade encryption and works with licensed payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave, Fincra) to handle all transactions. Campaign funds from partners are held in escrow and released only upon verified task completion. Your wallet balance is yours and can be withdrawn at any time.
